DebbyDo Memorable Mashed Potatoes
4 Russet Potatoes
3-4 Tbls Cream/Milk
2 Tbls Margarine/Butter
1 Tbls Sour Cream (light)
DebbyDo Seasoning
Peel the potatoes and trim. Cut into cubes, cover with salted water and boil until soft, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and put 2 TBLS of Margarine or Butter over the hot potatoes Smash the potatoes then add 3 TBLS of milk or cream. Use Mixer if you like very creamy mashed potatoes or just a fork if you like the lumps. Cover the entire top of the potatoes with DebbyDo Seasoning. Mix into potatoes. Add 1 TBLS of Sour Cream and Mix. If you are not adding gravy, add grated cheddar cheese to the potatoes. Keep warm in oven or crock pot until ready to serve.
What you put DebbyDo seasoning on is only limited to your imagination. I guarantee nothing you cook will be bland again. It can perk up any dish.
